Tim Beauvais

Tim, a Rochester, N.Y. native and SUNY Cortland graduate, currently lives in Syracuse, N.Y. His journey into the mortgage banking industry began after he purchased his first home in 2019, where he received exceptional customer service and a thorough education on the home-buying process. Inspired by this positive experience and his desire to help others achieve homeownership, Tim decided to pursue a career in mortgage banking.
As a recent first-time homebuyer and real estate investor, Tim relates closely to his clients, making the often stressful process of buying a home smooth and rewarding. With three and a half years of industry experience, he brings expertise in Conventional, FHA, USDA, SONYMA, and investment lending to Premium Mortgage Corporation, where he is committed to providing the same high level of service.
