Underwriter: The Underwriter is responsible for evaluating risk and making loan decisions based on existing underwriting guidelines, information and documentation provided in the loan file. The Underwriter maintains an open line of communication between processing staff and Loan Officers to ensure that loan quality is maintained. Underwriters work jointly with co-workers to respond to concerns of quality on files and stay up to date on changing rules and regulations pertaining to conventional and government-insured mortgages
Mortgage Loan Processor: The Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for assembling, administering, and processing loan application paperwork. The Processor is our borrower’s point of contact between the loan officer and the underwriter. They are responsible for reviewing all documentation provided by Mortgage Loan Officers. The Processor ensures that all files receive necessary updates on items and relays information to Loan Officers and ensures there is an open line of communication between all parties involved.
Systems Engineer: The Systems Engineer position is responsible for the architecture, planning, implementation, administration, maintenance and support of companies server, storage, desktop and systems infrastructure for our mission critical systems. The Systems Engineer will work with the IT Helpdesk personnel, Information Security and others in Information Technology team to ensure that the performance, availability and security of the overall network and systems infrastructure is maintained to the highest standard with maximum levels of uptime, efficiency and security.
Closing Coordinator: The Disclosure Coordinator (Closing) is responsible for preparing final closing and initial CD pipelines. Closing works closely with attorneys to ensure requirements are met on time and to schedule closings while keeping the borrower updated along the way.
Junior Lock Desk Specialist: The Junior Lock Desk Specialist is responsible for assisting with the intake and distribution of emails received, monitoring lock expirations and sending expiration notifications to sales and operations staff. The Junior Lock Desk Specialist works closely with co-workers to perform lock updates, extensions and cancellation requests.
Loan Officer: The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) proactively seeks ways to solicit new residential mortgage business through a well-built network of business relationships. As an MLO at Premium Mortgage Corporation you will be responsible for interviewing prospective borrowers to determine their mortgage needs. The MLO will communicate all applicable products, terms and pricing to the borrower to determine the best course of action. The MLO will continually engage in opportunities to expand their knowledge set. The MLO must be self-motivated to consistently meet sales goals.
Compliance Assistant II: The Compliance Assistant I is an entry level position and provides support with regulatory compliance matters that includes monitoring and review, policy and procedure implementation and review, and audit functions. The Compliance Assistant will work directly with the Director of Compliance to ensure the business is complying with all state and federal laws and regulations.
