Carl Joined PMC June of 2019 as a Construction Finance Specialist/Loan Officer, with over 22 years Residential and Commercial Mortgage Lending experience, as well a background as a Bank Manager Locally here in Rochester NY.  Carl most recently Specialized in Conventional Construction Draw, To Permanent Financing, working with multiple Local Builder’s in the Rochester and surrounding Upstate and Western Ny areas.

Having such a well - rounded Financial Background, allows Carl to be able to help assist his Client’s with a strong Strategic Financial plan, surrounding buying or building, and financing a new home. Buying and or Building a new home, is one of the biggest decisions one will have to make and having a trusted Loan Officer that will be there for you every step of the way is very important.
