Darlene has been with Premium Mortgage since February 2012. As a Loan Originator, Darlene uses her positive attitude and professionalism to help provide her clients with a smooth and pleasant experience. She firmly believes that her job is to educate buyers and provide options which best meet their needs. Highly passionate about her job, Darlene strives not only to meet her buyerÕs needs but more importantly, to exceed them.

This approach has earned Darlene the position of Buffalo Branch Manager. As Branch Manager, she leads a team of originators with a reputation for professionalism, an expertise in industry knowledge, and a superior level of customer service.

Prior to joining the Premium Mortgage team, Darlene worked as Sales Manager/AVP for 4 years at HSBC, where she had the privilege of managing a team of loan officers and worked on the integration of bank and mortgage.
