Loan Officer
Locations: Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Albany, Ft. Myers, Miami
Job Description:
The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) proactively seeks ways to solicit new residential mortgage business through a well-built network of business relationships. As an MLO at Premium Mortgage Corporation you will be responsible for interviewing prospective borrowers to determine their mortgage needs. The MLO will communicate all applicable products, terms and pricing to the borrower to determine the best course of action. The MLO will continually engage in opportunities to expand their knowledge set. The MLO must be self-motivated to consistently meet sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Two years of loan origination experience or outside sales
- Knowledge of conventional and government guidelines helpful
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Professional attitude and focus on development
- Strong commitment to professional ethics and integrity
- Established relationships with local referral network
- Compliance with all requirements of the SAFE Act
