Jr Lock Desk Specialist
Locations: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse
The Junior Lock Desk Specialist is responsible for assisting with the intake and distribution of emails received, monitoring lock expirations and sending expiration notifications to sales and operations staff. The Junior Lock Desk Specialist works closely with co-workers to perform lock updates, extensions and cancellation requests.
