Premium Mortgage has been awarded a “Brick by Brick” award in the New Office category for their new Buffalo office located at 4421 Transit Road. The 2019 Brick by Brick finalists were announced June 7. The winners were announced June 11 at an awards ceremony at 500 Pearl.

The Buffalo Brick by Brick Awards is an event that brings together the commercial real-estate industry from big-time developers, architects, contractors, engineers and more. The program recognizes finalists in the categories of real estate, construction and development in the Buffalo Niagara region.

Demolition/construction of the former KeyBank building (and before that, Buffalo Savings Bank) began in November 2017. The building got a state-of-the-art interior and exterior with color-changing architectural lighting reflecting holidays or events. Costs of the project, including building acquisition, total $3.5 million.
