The Premium Mortgage Corporation family is celebrating being named to the 36th annual Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100, a program that recognizes the fastest-growing privately owned companies in the Greater Rochester region.
Premium Mortgage Corporation is no stranger to the Top 100, having made it to the list 10 times previously and being recognized as the regions fastest growing company in 2021. We are all very proud to be here again and also excited to see our sister company, ABAR Abstract, garner the same recognition for a second year. We are also happy to announce that our CEO has been recognized as one of the Power 30 by the Rochester Business Journal. It’s been quite a year.
We want to thank our talented team whose dedication and effort have put us in the position to succeed and grow. We also want to recognize our loyal customers and the Rochester real estate community for making this possible. We couldn’t be prouder to be recognized alongside all the other businesses on this list as leaders in the Rochester region.

To be eligible for the Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100, businesses must be privately held, headquartered in the nine-county Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes region, and have earned at least $1 million in revenue in each of the three most recent fiscal years. With a compound annual growth rate of 33.5% between 2018 and 2021 and closing over $1.5 billion in loans in our last fiscal year, Premium Mortgage Corporation has experienced a significant surge of new customers and loan production over the last year-plus.
