Buffalo Business First released its Top Mortgage Bankers and Brokers List this month and Premium Mortgage Corporation has been ranked #2. This list is ranked by number of retail loans in 2018 and features 25 companies located in the Buffalo area.

- Local Loan Volume 2018: $274.14 Million
- Local Mortgages in 2018: 1,610
- Average Loan Amount: $170,273
Premium Mortgage made its first debut on a Buffalo Business First List in 2013 when the company ranked #4 in the Top Mortgage Bankers and Brokers List. In the years following 2013, Premium has gradually ranked higher and higher on that same list and is now #2.
In addition to ranking the Buffalo Business First Top Mortgage Banker and Brokers List, Premium has previously ranked in the following lists: Buffalo Business First Best Places To Work, Rochester Top Workplace, Rochester Top 100, and Rochester’s Choice Best Mortgage.
The company recently relocated to its new office on Transit Road. The building got a state-of-the-art interior and exterior with color-changing architectural lighting reflecting holidays or events.
