Gwen Falbo

Gwendolyn Falbo is currently the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Premium Mortgage Corporation since 2012. She is responsible for all accounting and finance functions at Premium Mortgage Corporation, including financial statements, financial reporting, budgeting, internal and external auditing. She also manages the treasury function, external banking relationships and maintains company’s policies and procedures. From 2009 to 2012, Ms. Falbo was a Senior Manager for Outsources Accounting Services Group, providing accounting and financial related services to public and non-public companies. Prior work experience included positions of increasing responsibility at public accounting firms, including Price Waterhouse Coopers, Arthur Anderson and Bonadio & Co. Ms. Falbo earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1996 from the State University of New York College at Geneseo. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants.
